Beware if your are music is compared to Nick Drake. It's a huge compliment and pretty hard to live up to. UK band Passenger hail from Brighton and have been embraced by the music press as the next big thing in terms of style and beauty. Their full length Wicked Man's Rest is quite good actually, nearly overflowing with original musical ideas, but the nasal vocals from songwriter Mike Rosenberg get under your skin in a bad way. No goosebumps, but a nasty rash.
