End of the line for Town Hall

Folk trio Town Hall are no longer a band. with all three members now living in different cities and prusyuign other muscoil cal proejcct, they've called it quits. All of their music can be downloaded for free from Bandcamp as of now. From the band's Facebook:

Dear boys, girls, men, women, and Dads, We figured this would be a good time to make an official announcement. I'm sure most of you have figured it out by now, but Town Hall is no longer a band. I guess you can say that we're "dead," on "permanent hiatus," "broken up," "no longer active," etc. Choose whichever term works for you and feel free to make up a juicy story about our dramatic breakup; we'd love to hear them.

But I digress... We've all been doing our own projects for the past year and between jobs, living in different cities, and having different musical goals and ambitions, this band didn't make sense for us anymore. Don't worry we're all still bros!

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came to a show, let us sleep on their floor, and enjoyed the music. A special thanks goes out to Jason Burger, Martin Nevin, Spencer Zahn, Ian Chang, Zack Rosen, & Booker Stardrum for playing in all of the various permutations of this band and to Dan Knobler and Jon Seale of Mason Jar Music for helping us get our songs and vision onto record.

We hope that you continue to listen and will share the music with your friends. To make this a bit easier, we've made all of our music FREE on Bandcamp so please download away!

We'll keep this page up for any relevant news that may come up, but until then... SEE YA!

Love,
Jesse, Phoebe, & Stefan
