Cain & Abel 90210: Videodrome

Tel Aviv based prog stoner rockers Cain & Abel 90210 have inserted a bit of math rock into their sound. The new full-length Videodrome is a harsh monolith of hardcore. Their lengthy songs, sung in Hebrew, deal with violence and religion (which is superseded by Google as a source of knowledge).

It's not all dark though. They inserted a quote of The Knack's My Sharona into Efraim The Sublime and the lead single Lakah Zman comes close to mainstream trash metal. Videodrome is an unstoppable force, even when it moves slowly. Recommended if you like Sepultura and Black Sabbath.

Shaul Luria: bass, vocals
