Barcelona based singer-songwriter Daniel Ruiz signed a deal with Santa Rosa Records. The Texas label got him in touch with Jesse Gilmore to take care of the mastering of his new single Ecstasy Queen, a song about a drug-riddled dancer/drug dealer to got him into serious trouble. Júlia Martín lended him a hand, playing drums. Note the vintage organ part and loud but sad electric guitars. It's one of those songs that will make listeners reach for the bottle and other mind-numbing products.
